2. Scope of Services

SneakerCrafted offers the sale of:

• footwear-making materials (e.g. foams, leathers, mesh),

• tools and accessories (e.g. stamps, patterns, shoe lasts),

• digital patterns and educational content.

Products are either in stock or made to order.

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24/7 via the online store.

Order confirmation will be sent automatically to the customer’s email address.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock issues, system errors, or obvious pricing mistakes.

4. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• online payments (PayPal, credit/debit card, instant transfers),

• other methods available at checkout.

Orders are processed after full payment is received.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 2–6 business days.

Shipments are handled via trusted courier services, and tracking numbers are provided.

Shipping costs and delivery options are visible during checkout.

6. Returns and Claims

Only materials and leathers are eligible for return, within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging.

are non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery via email to contact@sneakercrafted.com. Include photos and your order number. Each case is handled individually.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been packed or shipped.

9. Limitation of Liability

SneakerCrafted is not liable for:

In case of disputes, both parties will seek amicable resolution. If not possible, disputes will be handled by the appropriate Polish court.
