Only materials and leathers are eligible for return. These items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

❗️Made-to-order products such as: shoe lasts, patterns, stamps, and other personalized tools are non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
